We started working with Tamsin from Positive Canine Behaviour last year.
Tamsin has helped me understand why Flo reacts as she does (did!) when we are out. I am much calmer and confident and now enjoy walking with Flo, when before it made me nervous – to the point where I would actively avoid it. I now have a range of strategies that make Flo, and me, much calmer, and our walks a pleasure.
I cannot recommend her highly enough.
